Shooting Clinics

Whether your desires are to compete at the top championship levels, or to just improve your abilities to further your enjoyment of the clay target sports, Todd Bender can help you attain your goals. Todd specializes in shotgun pointing fundamentals as they apply to all aspects of the clay target sports and wing shooting.

Level of Shooter

We work with every level of shooter, from first day beginners to seasoned tournament shooters. Each individual is catered to at their level of understanding, so that the desired gains are met in an efficient and timely manner. We try to coordinate groups to ability so that the experience levels within the group are similar, resulting in more economical use of time, and hence a more effective and valuable day.

Benefits to Shooter

All of our clients realize immediate improvement, based on a better understanding of the game, and a better understanding of your specific needs as it applies to skeet and other clay target shooting disciplines. All of the advice and information given is tailored to you, and how it applies to “your” game.

“In my mind, Bender’s greatest strength is the ability to explain to you what he sees in a way that you can understand and use. It really is a gift.”
-Joe Courtney, Dallas, Texas

What you need to Bring

You will need your shotgun and ammunition, and any other equipment that you desire. We will do a fitting at the beginning of each session. We request that you shoot factory ammunition for the time consideration and for the safety of yourself and your fellow participants. You are also required to have eye and ear protection for your safety, and because our liability and the respective range that we are working at demand this. We also suggest that you bring a notebook with writing instrument. We encourage the use of audio and video recording equipment. We cover a lot of information in a day, and this will help with your retention of that information, and be a good source of reference in the future.

And last but not least, is safety. Our number one concern is for your safety, and for that of our clients. Clay target shooting is a safe sport and it our and your responsibility to keep it that way. Rest assured that your learning environment will be comfortable and safe for the best possible shooting experience.
